Workplace Training — An Effective Form of Professional Education

 Modern and effective methods aimed at improving the quality of education are successfully being implemented at the scientific, educational, and industrial complex of Bekmamat Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University. One of these methods is workplace training. This approach combines students’ theoretical knowledge with practical skills, enhances their interest in their future profession, and helps them define their career path.

For this purpose, the heads of the specialty “Economics and Accounting (by industry)” of the Economics Department, A. Aidarbekova and Z. Irkeeva, organized workplace training at the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital.

            As part of the event, experienced specialists of the institution — economist Tokomatova Nakinai Zhanybekovna and cashier-accountant Mataev Mairambek Ulanbekovich — delivered informative presentations on the topic “Labor Resources and Forms of Labor Organization.” They shared their practical experience and explained key aspects of professional activities in detail.

In particular, the following important issues were covered:

- job responsibilities and duties of employees;

- forms of labor organization (work schedules, interdepartmental interaction);

- labor discipline and internal regulations;

- basics of personnel management;

- documentation used in the work process and reporting procedures.

Such events not only enhance students’ professional competence but also play an important role in preparing them for real working environments. Workplace training serves as a bridge between knowledge and practice and is of great importance in training future specialists.
