A Step Toward Professionalism Through Workplace Learning

  The system of workplace learning (dual education) is successfully implemented at B. Osmonov College of Economics and Law. Within this framework, instructors of the Economics Department in the specialty “Taxes and Taxation” — Z.M. Ahmedova, G.B. Bekieva, and G.P. Salibaeva — organized a workplace-based training session held at the State Tax Service office in the city of Manas.The event was attended by Chief Inspector of the Excise Goods Control Department T. Zh. Bekenov and Head of the Human Resources Department M. K. Malabaeva. They provided students with detailed practice-oriented information on the topic “Structure and Functions of Tax Authorities.”  During the event, students became familiar with the main structural divisions of the tax service, their areas of activity, the functional responsibilities of each department, and the procedures for document management. In addition, specialists shared insights on modern tax administration methods, electronic services, and the specifics of working with citizens.

        Through this practical training, students strengthened their theoretical knowledge and developed professional skills. This format of education contributes to improving students’ readiness for their future professional careers.
