On-the-Job Training during the Qualification Internship

At the Manas City Social Fund Department, on-the-job training was conducted for SRk-2-23 student Ersultan Zulpukarov. The training was carried out under the guidance of Social Fund specialist Eldiyar Satybaldiev and Social Work department instructor Anarbay kyzy Aitbu.

The purpose of the on-the-job training is to consolidate the student’s theoretical knowledge, gain practical experience in social service provision, and develop professional skills.

During the training, the student acquired the following competencies:

· Registration and monitoring of families and individuals requiring social support

· Proper documentation and protocol management in providing social assistance

· Participation in local social programs and understanding their operational principles

· Methods of working with elderly people and individuals with disabilities

· Client communication and adherence to ethical standards

This on-the-job training provided the student with practical exposure to the Social Fund’s operations and contributed to the development of professional competencies.
