Workplace-Based Learning: Practice-Oriented Meeting with Tax Service                                                                                        Representatives

  At the College of Economics and Law, within the framework of workplace-based learning, the teachers of the Economics Department organized an informative and engaging meeting for students with representatives of the State Tax Service of Manas city. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Consultation and Clarification Sector of the Taxpayer Services Department of the State Tax Service in Manas city, Gulzhamal Akhmataliyevna Tashtanbekova, and Chief Inspector Elaman Kurstanbekovich Duysheev. They provided students with comprehensive information on the topic “Introduction to the regulatory legal documents governing the activities of tax authorities.” During the meeting, the specialists explained the structure of the tax system, the rights and responsibilities of taxpayers, and the specifics of tax authorities’ activities in modern conditions. Using practical examples, they shared real work experience, helping students effectively combine theoretical knowledge with practice.

       The meeting  was held in an interactive Q&A format, allowing students to receive clear and detailed answers to their questions. Particular interest was shown in topics such as electronic tax services, tax declaration procedures, and recent changes in tax legislation.

Such workplace-based learning activities contribute to enhancing students’ professional competencies and preparing them for their future careers. The college plans to continue strengthening cooperation with government institutions and employers to further develop practice-oriented education.
