— Hello, Talgabek Saparbekovich! First of all, could you briefly introduce yourself and your workplace? — Hello! I work as the Head of the Office Department of the Suzak District Court. Our main responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely management of court documentation, as well as to respond promptly to citizens’ appeals.

— How important is cooperation with college students for you? — It is very important. Students begin to better understand their profession by combining theoretical knowledge with practice. In turn, we contribute to the training of future specialists.

— What skills do students mainly acquire during their internship? — They learn how to work with documents, maintain discipline, take responsibility, and communicate effectively with citizens.

— What requirements do you set for young specialists? — First, responsibility. Second, accuracy and patience. Third, a good knowledge of legislation and a desire for self-development.

— What can you say about the cooperation between the college and the court? — Our cooperation is stable and productive. Such interaction improves the quality of education and allows students to experience a real working environment.
