State Internship – An Important Stage in the Professional Training of Future Lawyers

On March 11, 2026, a monitoring visit was conducted to assess the level of completion of the state internship by students of the Law  specialty at the College of Economics and Law. The inspection was carried out by the Chair of the PCC G. A. Donoeva and lecturer N. Moydinova. As part of the visit, the Jalal-Abad Regional and City Courts, the Manas City Department of Internal Affairs, the Probation Department Administration of Jalal-Abad Region, and the Department of Justice were visited, where the students are completing their internships. During the visits, meetings were held with the students undertaking their practical training in these institutions. It was noted that during the internship the students participate in working with legal documents, registering citizens’ appeals, and assisting in other official activities. The inspection included monitoring the students’ practical work, reviewing their internship diaries, and obtaining information about the tasks they had completed. It was also observed that the students work directly under the supervision of specialists from these institutions and gain additional experience through workplace training. This form of training helps strengthen the students’ professional skills and plays an important role in preparing them for their future legal careers. Overall, the state internship allows students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience, improves their professional training, and contributes to the development of competent future legal professionals.
