Workplace-Based Learning: Students’ Lesson at the Museum and Library 

 On March 10, 2026, the students of group BEk-3-25 of the College of Economics and Law of Jalal-Abad State University held a lesson at the regional library and the history museum as part of the workplace-based learning program.

The purpose of the lesson was to broaden the students’ historical outlook, increase their interest in library culture, and introduce them more closely to the rich history of Kyrgyzstan.

The lesson was conducted by V. Zh. Barpybaeva, a teacher of Kyrgyz language and literature. During the lesson, the students became acquainted with the work of the departments of the regional library and also learned about the history of Kyrgyzstan at the history museum.

This lesson was also aimed at developing students’ research skills and helping them understand the role of educational institutions such as libraries and museums in society.
