An Important Step Toward Professional Experience.

A conference was organized at the B. Osmonov College of Economics and Law before sending students to their state internship. The conference was attended by students of the groups BEk-2-23, FK-2-23, FK-3-23 and SSk-2-23, the Head of the Career Development and Industrial Practice Organization Department of JAMU N.S. Joldoshalieva, the Director of the college A.A. Tashmatova, the Head of the Industrial Practice and Career Department N.A. Aiylchieva, as well as the practice supervisors of the Economics cycle commission.

The conference was opened by the director of the college, A.A. Tashmatova, who emphasized that the state internship is an important stage for gaining professional experience for students. She noted that during the internship students should be responsible, follow the internal regulations of the institution, and strive to demonstrate themselves as future specialists.

At the end of the event, N.S. Joldoshalieva delivered the concluding remarks and wished the students success in their upcoming state internship. She highlighted that the experience gained during the internship would make a significant contribution to their professional development and expressed confidence that each student would demonstrate responsibility and initiative.

The practice supervisors also provided students with the necessary instructions, explaining the tasks to be performed during the internship, the preparation of reports, and the importance of maintaining communication with supervisors. It was also emphasized that students should properly and timely fill in their internship diaries, follow workplace discipline, and observe safety regulations.
