“Best Intern” Competition Held at the College of Economics and Law

            In accordance with the work plan of the Social Work Subject-Cycle Commission, the “Best Intern” competition was held at the College of Economics and Law. The event was organized by the SCC internship supervisor, Anarbai kyzy Aitbü, with the aim of assessing students’ activity, responsibility, and level of professional competence during their industrial training.

The competition rules and evaluation criteria were announced to students starting from October 27, prior to their industrial training, and participants actively completed assigned tasks and prepared required reports in compliance with the established standards.

Participants were evaluated based on the following main criteria:

  • activity and responsibility during practical training;
  • timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks;
  • proper maintenance of internship diaries and documentation;
  • quality of the final report and its presentation;
  • ethical interaction with staff and clients;
  • personal competencies (communication skills, leadership, professional ethics);
  • conducting scientific research during the internship period;
  • evaluation and reference from the host institution;
  • additional contribution and compliance with internal regulations.

According to the results of the competition:

  • Third-degree DiplomaSadirbekov Nursultan

The winners were awarded diplomas, and their responsible attitude, initiative, and professional motivation were highly appreciated.

This event served as a strong motivational factor for students, encouraging them to complete their industrial training responsibly and to further develop their professional skills.
