The Role of Practical Experience in Training Tax Specialists: Student Reports and Achievements

      On December 17 of the current year, the Economics and Law College held a final conference summarizing the results of the industrial internship of third-year students majoring in “Taxes and Taxation” under the Economics Subject-Cycle Commission. The event was conducted at a high organizational and substantive level.

      Along with third-year students, the conference was attended by the Director of the Economics and Law College, A.A. Tashmatova; the Head of Industrial Internship and Career Development, N.A. Ayylchieva; the Head of the Economics Subject-Cycle Commission, Z.M. Akhmedova; the Internship Supervisor of the Commission, A. Kalmurzaeva; as well as experienced lecturers of the specialty, G.B. Bekeeva and G.P. Salibaeva.

       During the conference, students delivered presentations reflecting the work completed during their industrial internship and presented comprehensive reports on their research activities. They demonstrated the practical experience gained and achievements accomplished through slides and video materials, with particular emphasis on the development of professional skills.

        In the concluding part of the conference, discussions were held on the results achieved during the internship and the implementation of activities in accordance with the pre-developed roadmap. A question-and-answer session followed, during which students openly addressed the challenges encountered during the internship and proposed suggestions for improvement and further development.

At the end of the conference, internship supervisors analyzed the students’ performance, provided recommendations aimed at professional growth, and announced the final evaluations. This final conference served as an important platform for strengthening students’ theoretical knowledge through practical experience and laid a solid foundation for their future professional careers.
