Literary Intellectual Contest “Ch. Aitmatov — The Man of the Century”

On December 12, 2025, in honor of the birthday of the great writer and People’s Writer of Kyrgyzstan, Chyngyz Aitmatov, a literary intellectual contest titled “Ch. Aitmatov — The Man of the Century” was held among first-year students of the College of Economics and Law.

The main purpose of the event was to introduce the younger generation to Aitmatov’s works, promote national values, and increase interest in reading.

Following the results of the contest, the best groups were awarded Diplomas of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees, while active students received Certificates of Honor.

This contest helped develop students’ creative thinking and provided an opportunity to reassess the invaluable legacy that Aitmatov left to humanity.
