Open Lesson

The physics teacher of the General Education Department at the College of Economics and Law, G.M. Barpieva, conducted an open lesson on the topic “Liquids and Surface Tension.”

The open lesson was attended by the college director A.A. Tashmatova, faculty members, and the director of the Institute for Advanced Training, T.E. Umetov.

The aim was to introduce students to the fundamental concepts of physics, explain everyday phenomena from a scientific perspective, and increase their interest in the subject.

Various experiments were demonstrated, and the lesson was conducted in an interactive format. Physical phenomena were explained with examples of their applications in daily life (in technology, medicine, and industry).

The open lesson sparked students’ interest and gave them the opportunity to observe and understand theoretical concepts in practice. According to the teachers’ analysis, the lesson achieved its goal and was positively evaluated.
