On-the-Job Training Organized for 3rd-Year Social Work Students

As part of the internship program for 3rd-year Social Work students, the internship supervisor A.A. Tashmatova successfully organized on-the-job training at the National Red Crescent Society of the Kyrgyz Republic. The purpose of the internship is to engage students in real work processes, strengthen their practical skills, and deepen their understanding of the core principles of social work.

During the training, students gained experience in the following areas:

* organization of social services;

* communication with the population and professional ethics requirements;

* documentation and social work planning;

* mechanisms for assisting citizens in difficult life situations.

The internship provided students with the opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in real working conditions, develop professional competencies, and increase their interest in the field of Social Work.
