Close Cooperation with Employers – Opening the Path to Students’ Practical Skills

On December 5, a round-table with employers was held at the Law Department of the Economics and Law College. The main goal of the event was to strengthen the connection between the college and the professional community, as well as to discuss students’ achievements in gaining practical skills.

The roundtable was attended by Aiganysh Israilovna Sultanova, Leading Specialist of the Jalal-Abad Regional Justice Department; Nurzarita Toktomamatovna Abdikadyrova, Head of the Engineering and Personnel Department; and judicial officers Zhunus Taalaybek uulu and Murat Begumkulovich Isabekov from the Manas City Court.

Teachers discussed with employers the curriculum and plans for industrial practice. In their speeches, the employers highlighted the achievements of the students who had completed their industrial practice and expressed their gratitude to the college and its students.

The college also presented a letter of appreciation to the employers for their support in organizing industrial practice and on-the-job training. The round-table clearly demonstrated its significant contribution to the development of students’ professional skills and their future success.
