Guest Lecture: “Activities of the Centralized Accounting Department”

On December 2, 2025, a guest lecture on “Centralized Accounting” was held at the College of Economics and Law. The event was organized by Eliza Kadyrova, lecturer of the Economics Subject Cycle Commission.

The lecture was opened by Zulfiya Akhmedova, Head of the Economics Subject Cycle Commission, who highlighted the importance and practical value of such sessions for students.

Students from groups BEK-2-24 and FK-2-24 attended the lecture and learned about modern accounting requirements and the specifics of financial operations in government institutions.

The guest speaker, Asiya Suerkulova, chief accountant of the Manas City Education Department, presented detailed information about the structure and functions of centralized accounting, financial documentation procedures, and accounting practices in budgetary organizations. She also shared practical examples and answered students’ questions.

The lecture covered:

Structure and role of centralized accounting in government institutions;

Stages of financial reporting;

Features of accounting in budgetary organizations;

Modern methods of automating accounting processes.

The event allowed students to combine theoretical knowledge with practical experience and enhance their professional skills.
