Guest Lecture on the Judicial System

For the students of the “Law Studies” specialty of the Economics and Law College at B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University, studying in groups UTk-01-25 and UTk-02-25, an extensive guest lecture was delivered by the Chairwoman of the Jalal-Abad Regional Court, Jypar Zhumadilovna Sabyrova.

During the lecture, the students received detailed information about the judicial system of the Kyrgyz Republic, the functions and principles of the judiciary, as well as its role in protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens.

The students:

became familiar with the structure and operating principles of the judicial system;

learned about the stages of judicial proceedings;

received explanations regarding judicial ethics and responsibility;

asked questions of interest and received comprehensive answers.

This guest lecture provided an important opportunity for future lawyers to strengthen their theoretical knowledge with practical insights and to gain a deeper understanding of the judicial system.
