Meeting with a Judge: Practical Legal Session for Students

Future Lawyers Meet with Regional Court Chair: Guest Lecture at the Economics and Law College of B. Osmonov ZHAMU

Students of the "Law" specialty at the Economics and Law College under B. Osmonov ZHAMU, from groups UTk-01-25 and UTk-02-25, took part in an extended guest lecture delivered by the Chair of the Jalal-Abad Regional Court, Jypar Zhumadilovna Sabyrova.

The lecture was devoted to the judicial system of the Kyrgyz Republic. During the session, students received detailed information about the structure and functions of the judiciary, the principles of its operation, and the important role it plays in protecting citizens’ rights and freedoms.

As part of the lecture, future lawyers:

- learned about the structure of the judicial system and its key principles;

- gained insight into the stages of the judicial process;

- received explanations regarding judicial ethics and responsibility;

- asked relevant questions and received comprehensive answers.
