The Contest “My Passion for Song and Dance – My Special Talent” Held at the College of Economics and Law

At Jalal-Abad State University, a contest among the faculty of institutes and colleges was organized to celebrate national values and honor the prestige of the university. This time, the event took place at the College of Economics and Law.

The contest featured national dishes and exhibitions of traditional crafts. The atmosphere was enlivened by folk songs accompanied by live accordion music, modern performances, and light dances, creating a festive mood. The audience warmly applauded each performance.

The main goal of the event was to combine education and science with creativity, allowing both faculty and students to showcase their talents in a cultural setting. Participants highlighted national values and staged performances honoring those who contributed to the university’s foundation and development.

It should be noted that the contest is organized in line with the decrees of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic “On National Values” and “On the Spiritual and Moral Development of the Individual and Physical Education,” and is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region. The contest began in February this year and will conclude in December.

In the final stage, the best team will take part in a large New Year’s concert program and receive cash prizes from the university. The contest has left a memorable mark on the cultural life of the institution and further strengthened the creative unity of faculty and students.
