Workplace Training Successfully Continues at the College of Economics and Law

Teachers of the “Economics” Department of the College of Economics and Law, A.Zh. Aidarbekova and Z.M. Akhmedova, together with students, visited the accounting department of B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University as part of the workplace training program.

Accountant Sairakan Kochkonbaeva and Chief Accountant Panarbek Abdykadyrov provided students with detailed information about labor resources, forms of labor organization, and employee categories.

Chief Accountant Panarbek Abdykadyrov explained the classification of employees into categories — management staff, specialists, and workers — and demonstrated how to prepare the relevant lists using official documents.

Accountant Sairakan Kochkonbaeva shared information about the forms of labor organization — individual, team-based, and mixed — highlighting their differences and features.

In addition, students gained practical knowledge in document processing, categorizing employees, and understanding the structure of labor resources.

The workplace training organized at the accounting department of B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University was conducted at a high level, providing students with valuable practical experience.
