The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the “graduate model”, exchange practical experience, and gather proposals for the further development of the specialty.

The meeting was attended by graduates currently working at the Manas City Department of Labor, Social Protection and Migration: Sakieva Dinara Kanybekovna (group SRk-2-21), Kadyrova Yryskan Ibragimovna (SRk-01-23), Turdalieva Zhanetta, Bekbolotova Gulzina (SRk-2-24), and Zhakypova Nazira Almazbekovna, a graduate of the Social Work program at ZHAMU and currently the head of the same department.

During the discussion, Aytbu Anarbay kyzy presented detailed information about the “graduate model”, noting that its main goal is to train competent, socially responsible professionals capable of effectively addressing social challenges.

Nazira Zhakypova shared her insights on the importance of practical training and close cooperation between educational institutions and public service agencies.

The graduates proposed several ideas for improving the development of the specialty, including updating the curriculum to meet labor market needs and enhancing the quality of practical training.

At the conclusion, participants discussed strategic directions for the development of the social work specialty and strengthening collaboration between the college and its alumni.
