Final Conference on Professionally Oriented Practice

On December 12, 2025, the final conference on professionally oriented practice was held for students of groups OTs-1-21 and OTs-2-21 majoring in “Russian Language and Literature”. The practice lasted 11 weeks and became an important stage in the professional training of future specialists.

During the conference, students presented reports on their practical training, highlighting the main types of work performed, the professional skills acquired, and sharing their practical experience. The presentations addressed issues related to the application of theoretical knowledge in practice, analysis of professional situations, and self-assessment of the results achieved.

The final conference was attended by Inspector of the Department for Practice Organization and Career Development, Nuria Sultanovna Zholdoshalieva, who emphasized the importance of high-quality organization of students’ practical training, highlighted the need for a responsible approach to internship completion, and stressed the timely preparation of reporting documentation.

The Head of the Department, A.A. Zhusupova, also delivered a concluding speech, emphasizing the significance of professionally oriented practice in the formation of students’ professional competencies, noting the level of preparedness of the interns, and wishing the students further success in their academic and professional activities.

T.A. Suleimanova, the person responsible for practice at the Department of Russian Philology, summarized the conference outcomes, noting the importance of professionally oriented practice for students’ professional development, emphasizing the high level of responsibility and activity demonstrated by the interns, and providing recommendations for further professional growth.

The final conference was held in a business-like and constructive atmosphere, contributing to the generalization of practical experience and a deeper understanding of the knowledge gained.
