Current trends in education: results of D.T. Aiylchieva's internship at the P. Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia

Russian Russian Philology Department Associate Professor D. T. Aiylchieva of the Institute of Philology successfully completed an internship at the Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia in Moscow from December 3-7, 2025, designed for managers and employees of educational institutions with Russian as the language of instruction. University professors and secondary school teachers from Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Armenia participated in the internship. The internship at the RUDN University Institute of the Russian Language was an excellent platform for communication and exchange of experience, and left extremely positive impressions. The program was well structured and combined theoretical modules and master classes. The university experts shared current management techniques and modern educational technologies, as well as presented effective models for organizing the educational and educational process.

I would like to note the high quality of the content, the professionalism of the RUDN lecturers and the friendly atmosphere. Lectures were given by leading scholars of the RUDN University of Philology: “Scientific policy of modern periodicals: teaching Russian as a foreign language" (Professor E.N. Strelchuk), “Personal brand of a supervisor and teacher in social networks” (associate Professor Ivanova N.A.), “Dialogue of cultures in a literary text: methods of teaching literature in a multiethnic environment” (Professor Ovcharenko A.Yu.), “Modern educational trends: digital transformations in education” (Associate Professor Apakina L.V.), “Emotional burnout teachers: causes, dynamics, possibilities of prevention” (Professor Slobodchikov I.M.), “Development of systemic literacy among young people” (Professor Sinyachkin V.P.), “Virtual world technologies in modern tlinguodidactics” (Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Zhiltsov V.A.), “Educational organization: points of growth of educational work” (associate professor Krotova T.A.). A master class “Learning Russian abroad: inspire or motivate?" was held at a high level.” Associate professor Kunowski M.N.

The participants of the internship were given a sightseeing tour of the Rudn University and an off-site event “Modern School: organizational and technological Innovations". I really enjoyed the excursion to school No. 2094 in Moscow, where the activities of the circles and sections of additional education were presented: robotics, culinary, cutting and sewing, nursing school, etc. The knowledge and experience gained will be useful for the further development of educational institutions and for improving the quality of education and upbringing. The internship was an important step in strengthening professional competencies and expanding international cooperation.
