Organization of on-the-job training for teachers of the Department of Russian Philology

November 20, PhD, Assoc. Kalmurzayeva A.A. conducted on-the-job training for students of the RYAL-1-23 group at the base of secondary school No. 4 in Manas. Russian Russian language teaching methodology was taught on the topic "Textbook is the leading means of teaching the Russian language", demonstrating modern approaches to the development of language theory and the organization of the educational process. During the lesson, the functions of the textbook as the main didactic tool, its structure, methodological apparatus and role in the formation of students' stable language knowledge and skills were considered in detail.

The teacher presented a variety of methodological techniques and forms of working with a textbook in Russian lessons, showed practical examples of using various types of tasks aimed at developing spelling, grammar, communication and language competencies. Special attention was paid to the analysis of modern educational and methodological complexes, their capabilities in the implementation of personality-oriented, activity-based and competence-based approaches in teaching.

The students actively participated in the discussion, analyzed the methodological apparatus of the textbook, determined its didactic potential and developed options for using educational materials in real pedagogical practice. The lesson helped to form the professional and methodological skills of future teachers of the Russian language and deepen their understanding of the role of the textbook as a leading teaching tool.
