Mentoring in the practice process

On October 30, 2025, Associate professor of the JAGU Department of Russian Philology D.T. Ayilchieva conducted a consultation at secondary school № 4 in Manas for students of the RLL-1-22 group A. Mamatalieva, Kanybek kyzy Guliza

and A. Maksatbekova on the analysis of works of the epic genre - short story. During the consultation, the calendar and thematic plans, overtime developments were checked and the script of the literary event "Yesenin Week" was drawn up.

         Student Maksatbekova A. conducted an  lesson in Russian in the 7- «B» grade on the topic "Communion". The class was attended by associate professor Ayilchieva D.T., methodologist of the school Abdyrova Ch., teacher of Russian language and literature Narmatova A.G., students Mamatalieva A., Bakirova M. and Kanybek kyzy Guliza.

During the period of pedagogical practice, Ayilchieva D.T. provides mentoring assistance to Mamatalieva A., which promotes professional development through the transfer of theoretical knowledge, the development of practical skills and the formation of personal qualities necessary for a future teacher.
