“Workplace-Based Learning — an Effective Way to Strengthen Practical Skills”

On November 18, 2025, Associate Professor of the Department of German Language and Interfaculty Foreign Languages, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Ch. Asylbekova conducted a workplace-based learning session as part of the professional-practical training of students majoring in Foreign (German) Language. The main purpose of this training was to provide students with practical knowledge, strengthen their pedagogical skills, and develop their ability to manage classroom activities independently. During the session, Ch. Asylbekova used modern teaching methods and organized the work with students in an interactive format. Workplace-based learning increased students’ interest in the subject and helped them gain a deeper understanding of professional responsibility. The lesson was conducted successfully, and the students’ activity and ability to work independently were clearly observed. Such practical sessions play an important role in preparing students to become highly qualified specialists in the future.
