Leading Experts from Osh State University Conducted Guest Lectures and Master Classes for JASU Students

April 21, 2026, marked a significant day for the Pedagogical College of Jalal-Abad State University (JASU), focused on improving the quality of education and fostering professional exchange. Faculty members from the Interfaculty Department of Physical Education No. 1 of the Institute of Natural Sciences, Physical Education, Tourism, and Agrarian Technologies at Osh State University (OshSU) conducted a series of vital lectures and practical sessions for students majoring in "Physical Education."

  • A Journey into History and National Values: Senior Lecturer Adalat Karabaevna Temirbaeva dedicated her lecture to the origins of Kyrgyz national games. She emphasized that these games are not merely entertainment but a reflection of the nation's culture, martial arts, and lifestyle.
  • Strategic Secrets of "Ordo": Acting Associate Professor Duisho Mamyevevich Joloev and Senior Lecturer Mukhtarbek Zhanalyevich Arykbaev held a joint seminar. They provided a detailed explanation of the rules of "Ordo," one of the most complex Kyrgyz games, demonstrating tactical maneuvers, knucklebone (chükö) throwing techniques, and the specifics of officiating.
  • Logical Thinking and "Toguz Korgool": Senior Lecturer Mirbek Amatbekovich Rakhmanov lectured on the intellectual heritage of the Kyrgyz people—the game of "Toguz Korgool." He focused on its mathematical foundations and its role in developing logical thinking, offering methodological advice on teaching the game within the school curriculum.
  • Modern Era and Health: Lecturer Gulbara Kutpidinovna Turdumamatova addressed one of the most pressing issues of modern society—maintaining a healthy lifestyle in an urban environment. She shared valuable advice on combating hypodynamia (physical inactivity), proper nutrition, and establishing a healthy daily routine.
