September 23 — State Language Day of the Kyrgyz Republic

September 23 is a special day dedicated to the Kyrgyz language, national culture, spiritual values and historical heritage of the Kyrgyz people.

The Kyrgyz language is an important part of the country’s cultural and spiritual heritage. Respecting, preserving and developing the state language is a shared responsibility of every generation.

To mark State Language Day, educational and cultural activities were held at the Preschool Educational Organization of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov.

During the activities, children recited poems, remembered Kyrgyz proverbs and sayings, listened to works in the Kyrgyz language and expressed their interest in the beauty and richness of their native language.

Teaching children to love and respect the state language is an important part of their educational and cultural development.

May the Kyrgyz language always be spoken with pride and love!
