AN OPEN LESSON FOCUSED ON INTERACTIVE TEACHING

     The Philology Institute of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov hosted an engaging and methodologically rich open lesson aligned with modern approaches to teaching English. Senior lecturer of the Department of English Language and Literature, Gulbara Zhoroeva, conducted a session for group CT-1-23 on the topic “Giving Instruction,” showcasing interactive and effective teaching techniques.The lesson incorporated methods designed to stimulate critical thinking, encourage student participation, and develop independent decision-making skills. Students also presented their own mini-lessons, demonstrating their practical competencies and creativity. The interactive format of the open lesson enhanced students’ interest and deepened their understanding of effective ways to give instructions in English. The session achieved its objectives and provided a motivating, productive learning experience.
