MENTORING WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF DUAL EDUCATION

Senior lecturer of the Department of English Language and Literature A.B. Mambetalieva visited secondary school No. 9 named after R. Sanatbayev in Manas city to implement dual education and conducted mentoring work by attending the lessons of FLc-2-22 group students Tashtanova Ayturgan and Aibek kyzy Aitolkun, who are involved in dual education. Aibek kyzy Aitolkun taught a lesson on the topic “It's our world” for 9th grade students. During the lesson, the student applied her theoretical knowledge, organized interactive work with the students, and reinforced their practical skills.  Tashtanova Aiturgan conducted a lesson on the topic “The cooking competition” for 9th grade students. During the lesson, the student explained the rule of the cooking competition, introduced the new words, and offered interactive tasks such as make up dialogues and role-playing games. Mentor A.B. Mambetalieva supervised the learning process, evaluated the students' work, and provided necessary recommendations.This dual training practice allowed students to master teaching methods, combine theory with practice, and experience cooperation between educational institutions and training organizations in practice.
