TRAINING AT THE WORKPLACE WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF PROFESSIONAL PROFILE PRACTICE

In the framework of the Professional Profile Practice of the Department of English Language and Literature, and in accordance with the plan for Training at the Workplace, the supervisor of practice A.B. Mambetalieva organized a session focused on Training at the Workplace aimed at providing methodical assistance to the student interns. The session was held at Secondary School No. 9 named after R. Sanatbaev in the city of Manas, in cooperation with the English language teacher, Mariam Zhoroeva. The participants were students from group FLc-2-22 Aiganysh Altynbekova, Aiturgan Tashtanova, and Aitolkun Aibek Kyzy.

During this event, the supervisor of practice conducted an explanatory discussion with the students on the topic: "Procedure for Writing a Report on Professional Profile Practice and Conducting a SWOT Analysis." The main goal of the discussion was to familiarize the students with the rules for compiling the report, which must include a description of their academic, methodological, educational, extracurricular, and research activities. Furthermore, the session aimed to develop their skills in analyzing their own activities using SWOT Analysis.

This event contributed to the students' summarization of the experience gained and the identification of vectors for their further professional growth during the process of training at the workplace.
