DUAL EDUCATION – THE INTEGRATION OF THEORY AND PRACTICE

The Department of English Language and Literature organized the next stage of the dual education program at Secondary School #2. The event brought together students and the school’s English language teachers. The main goal of the dual education initiative is to provide students with real-world teaching experience, help them master modern teaching methods, and prepare them for their future professional careers. During the event, English teachers demonstrated their teaching process, sharing practical experience on how to engage students, develop language skills, and apply interactive teaching methods. The students observed the lessons, analyzed each stage of the teaching process, and discussed the methods used by the teachers. After the lessons, a discussion session was held where students shared their impressions and asked questions. The school’s English teachers provided valuable advice on lesson planning, effective time management, and strategies to increase student interest. This event served as a valuable practical experience for the students and strengthened the collaboration between the university and the school, contributing to the improvement of education quality.
