On-the-Job Training at the Department of English Language and Literature

At the Department of English Language and Literature, a schedule for on-the-job training for the 2025–2026 academic year has been approved with the purpose of providing methodological assistance to student-trainees in carrying out their practical assignments.            In accordance with the approved schedule, the department instructor A.A. Sopukulovaorganized on-the-job training at Secondary School No. 14 named after S. Davletov. Fourth-year students undergoing professional internship, as well as the school’s English language teachers attended the event. A.A. Sopukulova conducted a lesson in grade 7 “A” on the topic “The Past Indefinite Tense.”

During the lesson, methods for setting lesson objectives, designing result-oriented tasks, developing assessment criteria, and conducting reflection were demonstrated.          At the end of the event, a joint analysis of the lesson was carried out with the student-trainees, who received recommendations and methodological guidance.
