JASU and Halla University (South Korea) Sign a Memorandum on Teaching the Korean Language

Jalal-Abad State University will cooperate with Halla University. This was announced by the Rector of JASU during his official visit to the Republic of Korea.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between Jalal-Abad State University and Halla University, located in Wonju, South Korea, with the aim of opening the Sejong Hakdang Institute of the Republic of Korea for teaching the Korean language. The memorandum was signed by the Rector of JASU, K. Zh. Usenov.

In the coming days, organizational activities will begin to establish the educational institution on the basis of JASU. With the opening of the institute, young people of the Jalal-Abad region will gain extensive opportunities not only to study the Korean language but also to learn about Korean culture and history.

If all activities within the framework of this cooperation are fully implemented, the opening of the institute is planned for August–September of next year.
