Cooperation Agreements Signed Between JASU and Five Turkish Universities

The Scientific-Educational-Industrial Complex of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov (JASU) has signed cooperation agreements with five Turkish universities — Korkut Ata Osmaniye University, Bingöl University, Istanbul Esenyurt University, Hakkari University, and Istanbul Topkapı University. The agreements were signed by the Rector of JASU, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor K. Zh. Usenov, during his official visit to Fethiye, Turkey.

An agreement was also reached between the University of Medical Sciences of Turkey and JASU to establish cooperation in academic and cultural fields. Aiming to strengthen mutual understanding and develop academic collaboration, the parties agreed to implement the following activities under this protocol:

1.     Establishment of a joint medical institute, laboratories, and clinics;

2.     Development and implementation of joint and dual-degree educational programs;

3.     Exchange of faculty members, researchers, and students in the field of education and research;

4.     Joint scientific research and publications;

5.     Organization of seminars, master classes, and conferences.

The Istanbul Topkapı University and Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov also agreed to cooperate in academic and cultural areas. Within the framework of the protocol, the parties intend to:

1.     Exchange faculty members, researchers, and students for teaching, research, lectures, conferences, and other academic activities;

2.     Exchange academic resources, books, journals, and other educational and research materials;

3.     Publish joint scientific articles;

4.     Implement joint research projects and organize conferences, seminars, and workshops;

5.     Develop and implement joint and dual-degree educational programs;

6.     Create Turkish language education programs and support cultural exchange initiatives for JASU students.

Bingöl University and JASU also agreed to cooperate in academic and cultural fields. To strengthen mutual understanding and academic collaboration, they plan to:

1.     Exchange professors, researchers, and students for educational and research purposes;

2.     Share academic materials, books, journals, and research resources;

3.     Publish joint scientific papers;

4.     Implement joint research projects, and organize conferences, seminars, and workshops;

5.     Develop and carry out joint and dual-degree programs;

6.     Create Turkish language courses and support cultural exchange programs for JASU students.

Furthermore, Istanbul Esenyurt University and Jalal-Abad State University signed an agreement to collaborate in academic and cultural fields. According to the agreement, the parties plan to:

1.     Exchange faculty, researchers, and students for participation in teaching, research, lectures, and conferences;

2.     Share academic resources, books, and journals;

3.     Publish joint research articles;

4.     Conduct joint scientific projects and organize academic events such as seminars and workshops;

5.     Develop and implement joint and dual-degree educational programs;

6.     Establish Turkish language learning programs and promote cultural exchange initiatives for JASU students.

In the near future, active cooperation will be developed in joint scientific research and development projects, student mobility, and educational programs. This collaboration will create favorable conditions for experience exchange between the faculty members and students of both institutions.
