MENTORSHIP AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT: SHARING TEACHING EXPERIENCE

The new academic year has begun with renewed energy, fresh inspiration, and new goals at the Department of English Language and Literature of the Institute of Philology at Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov.

As part of the Department’s ongoing efforts to support the professional development of young faculty members, Gulbara Zhoroeva, Senior Lecturer at the Department of English Language and Literature, conducted a mentoring session for young teachers.

During the session, Ms. Zhoroeva shared her extensive teaching experience, practical approaches, and effective classroom strategies. Young teachers had the opportunity to observe the lesson, exchange ideas, and receive valuable recommendations on lesson planning, classroom management, student engagement, and the effective use of modern teaching methods.
