A Right Step Towards Career Orientation

        In May 2025, the final conference of the educational introductory internship for second-year students of the Economics and Law College at Jalal-Abad State University was held.

         Second-year students from the specialties "Finance (by sectors)", "Economics and Accounting (by sectors)", and "Taxation and Tax Policy" took part in the conference and shared their impressions and the information they gathered during their internship.

The educational introductory internship was organized to familiarize students with the activities of various enterprises and institutions relevant to their chosen specialty and to help them gain initial practical experience. During the internship, students visited both public and private organizations, collecting general information about their structure, main functions, employee work routines, and the procedures of financial and accounting management.

        The conference was attended by N. S. Zholdoshalieva, Inspector of the Career Development and Internship Department of Jalal-Abad State University, N. A. Aiylchieva, Head of the Production Internship and Career Department of the Economics and Law College, as well as internship supervisors from the Economics Department. They listened to the students' reports and provided their evaluations.

         During the internship, students had the opportunity to compare their theoretical knowledge with real-world work processes. This experience enhanced their interest in their profession and helped them clarify their future career paths.

         At the end of the event, active participants in the internship were thanked, and the importance of such educational and practical activities for students was especially emphasized.
