JASU Representative Presented a Scientific Paper at the International Conference  "ISAED 2026"

From July 29 to 31, 2026, Shihezi University, located in Shihezi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, People's Republic of China, hosted the 2026 Belt and Road International Conference on Smart Agricultural Equipment Development (ISAED 2026) within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative. The conference served as an international platform for promoting the development of smart agricultural equipment, fostering scientific and innovation cooperation, and strengthening academic exchange among the countries of Central Asia.

Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov (JASU) participated in the conference as a partner university and was officially listed among the conference's partner organizing institutions. This participation reflects the university's commitment to expanding international scientific collaboration and enhancing its presence in the global academic community.

During the session "Engineering Applications of Intelligent Equipment in Agricultural Production," Mr. Ruslanbek Nurmamatovich Arapbaev, Director of the Department of International Relations and Rankings at JASU, presented a scientific paper entitled "Mathematical Modeling and Optimization of the Natural Steam-Heat Treatment (Fermentation) Process of Rice Sheaves." The paper was included in the conference's official scientific program.

The conference brought together scientists, researchers, engineers, specialists, and academicians from universities, research centers, and engineering academies in China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, and several other countries. Participants presented the latest research findings on smart agricultural machinery, digital technologies, precision agriculture, irrigation systems, and innovations in the agro-industrial sector.

The participation of the JASU representative in this prestigious international scientific forum contributes to strengthening the university's research capacity, expanding international academic partnerships, and fostering long-term cooperation with leading higher education institutions in China and across Central Asia.
