            JASU strengthens cooperation in inclusive education

<font style="vertical-align:inherit;"><font style="vertical-align:inherit;">Оn June25, 2026, a consultative meeting was held within the framework of the "INCLUSION: Dialogue for inclusive education and employment" project. The event took place in Manas, Jalal-Abad region, bringing together representatives of government agencies, local self-government bodies, social protectioninstitutions, employment centers of the Kyrgyz Republic, educational institutions, civil society organizations, and experts. Representing B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University (JASU), Rakhat Borbieva specialist from the Department of international relations and rankings actively participated in the meeting. During the event. participants discussed the current state of inclusive education and adult learning, accessibility of educational, services and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, existing barriers, and possible ways to overcome them. Particular attention was given to strengthening cross-sectoral cooperation, sharing best practices, and defining the role of educational institutions in developing an effective system of inclusive education and employment. For B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University, participation in this event marked an important step toward strengthening cooperation with government institutions, civil society organizations, and social partners. The knowledge and recommendations gained during the meeting will contribute to further improving the university's educational environment, promoting inclusive teaching approaches, implementing joint projects, and expanding opportunities for professional training and social integration of students, including persons with disabilities and those with special educational needs. At the conclusion of the meeting, participants developed a shared vision for advancing the system of inclusive adult education and promoting employment, identified key challenges and priority areas for action, and outlined mechanisms for continued cooperation among government institutions, educational organizations, and civil society. JASU's participation in such initiatives reaffirms the University's commitment to accessible, high-quality, and inclusive education that meets the evolving needs of modern society.     </font></font>
