Development of Agriculture and Training of Agricultural Specialists: Meeting with representatives of agricultural sector

On June 17, 2026, a meeting with agricultural representatives was held at Jalal-Abad State University. The event brought together  Manas Samatov, General Director of “Gardens Consulting” LLC,  Zarina Tokbaeva, Director of “Agro Portal” LLC, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Stalbek Kuvakov, Director of the Department of international relations and rankings Ruslan Arapbaev, specialist of the Department if international relations and rankings and Atabai Toichu uulu, an agronomist of  Jalal-Abad Region.

During the meeting, participants discussed key issues related to the development of agriculture in the Kyrgyz Republic, including the prospects for horticulture, environmental greening initiatives, and the improvement of agricultural policy. Special attention was given to the training of qualified specialists for the agricultural sector and the introduction of modern technologies into agricultural production.

Manas Samatov shared his international experience in the field of agriculture, particularly his work in African countries, highlighting the importance of innovative approaches to the development of the industry.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the participants expressed their interest in strengthening cooperation aimed at advancing agricultural education, expanding practical training opportunities for students, and implementing joint projects in the agricultural sector.
