Consultative Meeting on Inclusive Education and Employment

On June 18, 2026, a consultative meeting on the topic “Developing a shared vision for the inclusive education and employment system” was held in the conference hall of the “Tabylga” Guest House in Manas, Jalal-Abad Region.

The event brought together representatives of government agencies, local self-government bodies, educational institutions, social protection and migration services. Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov was represented at the event by Rakhat Borbieva, a specialist of the Department of international relations and rankings, who actively participated in the discussions on the development of inclusive education and employment. The main objective of the meeting was to discuss ways to develop the system of inclusive adult education and employment at the local level, as well as to identify existing challenges and priority areas for improvement.

During the meeting, participants discussed current issues related to inclusive education and employment and presented their proposals and recommendations for improving support systems for vulnerable population groups.

The event was organized within the framework of theINCLUSION Project: “Dialogue for Inclusive Education and Employment”, implemented with the financial support of the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.

As a result of the meeting, key challenges and stakeholders were identified, and a shared vision for the further development of the inclusive education and employment system was established.

Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov continues to actively participate in initiatives aimed at promoting inclusive education and creating equal opportunities for all citizens.
