Full Digital Scientific Identification of the Academic Staff in Scientometric Databases Achieved at Jalal-Abad State University

At the Research Department of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov, a set of systematic measures has been implemented in accordance with the new requirements of scientometric systems, with the aim of enhancing research activities and ensuring integration into the international scientific community.

Within the framework of these initiatives, educational and methodological seminars were organized across all institutes of the university for the academic staff. These seminars addressed contemporary requirements for scientific article preparation, principles of academic writing, and issues related to the dissemination of research publications in international information and analytical databases.

The seminars were conducted in both theoretical and practice-oriented formats. Academic staff were provided with technical assistance and prompt support in creating, updating, and managing their individual scientific profiles.

As a result of the implemented activities, 100% of the academic staff have been registered in the following scientific information platforms:

·                     ORCID (Open Researcher and Contributor ID);

·                     Google Scholar;

·                     eLIBRARY.RU Scientific Electronic Library.

These achievements contribute to strengthening the university’s research capacity, ensuring the openness and accessibility of scientific outputs, and increasing the citation impact of academic publications.

The systematic efforts undertaken at Jalal-Abad State University are aimed at improving the quality of research activities and reinforcing integration into the global scientific community.
