It was established in 2022 by the decision of the Academic Council of JASU named after B. Osmonov with the aim of organizing and conducting tests and examination in the format of electronic testing, carrying out independent assessment of students' knowledge, and improving the quality and effectiveness of the educational process.

The main objective of the Testing Center of Jalal-Abad State University named after B.
