On-the-Job Training for Practicum Students Conducted at Secondary School No. 10 named after T. Koshmatov in Manas City

On the basis of the Secondary General Education School No. 10 named after T. Koshmatov in Manas City, on-the-job training for practicum students was conducted by Senior Lecturer of the Department of Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling, Beknazarova Mahabat Kudaiberdievna, within the framework of the professional-profile practicum of students of the group FMBБ(M)-1-22. The training was held on the topic “Development of a Lesson Plan for a Homeroom (Educational) Hour. Conducting a Lesson According to the Schedule and Carrying Out Psychological and Pedagogical Analysis.” Within the framework of this event, special attention was paid to the development of a methodological plan for an educational hour, conducting an educational lesson in accordance with the timetable, as well as carrying out psychological and pedagogical analysis of the conducted activities. During the on-the-job training, practicum students became acquainted with the methodology of organizing educational work at school and mastered practical approaches to planning and conducting educational hours taking into account the age characteristics of students and the psychological state of the class group. The content of the educational hour was aimed at developing students’ moral, civic, and social qualities. At the end of the event, psychological and pedagogical analyses of the conducted educational hours were carried out, and recommendations aimed at improving the professional competencies of the practicum students were provided. The on-the-job training contributed to the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical activity and enhanced the readiness of future teachers for professional work.
