RESULTS OF MANAGEMENT PRACTICE HAVE BEEN SUMMARIZED

Master’s students of the Mmag-1-24 group of the Pedagogical Faculty named after E. Umetov of the Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov successfully completed their management practice in accordance with the academic schedule. The final stage was the final conference.

During the event, master’s students presented their reports in accordance with the previously developed “Roadmap”, detailing the stages and results of their activities. Each participant presented the completed tasks using multimedia materials.

Master’s students analyzed the features of the management system and organizational structure of the educational institutions in which they completed their practice. Particular attention was paid to such parameters as the results of national testing, participation in Olympiads at various levels, teachers’ achievements in the “Teacher of the Year” competition, as well as preparation for the international PISA study. The analysis was accompanied by diagrams and tables, which contributed to a substantive discussion and critical understanding of the data.

Following the conference, the master’s students noted that the practice played a significant role in their professional development, allowing them to better understand management processes in the field of education. The conference became an effective platform for exchanging experiences and achieved its goal.
