Path to Professional Growth

According to the approved curriculum, second-year students of the Economics Department at the Economics and Law College of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov undergo an introductory practice this academic year at various city and regional organizations.
The purpose of this practice is to deepen theoretical knowledge, gain initial professional experience, and form students' understanding of their future career in the field of economics and finance. As part of the practice, students are assigned to enterprises, institutions, and financial-credit organizations in the city of Jalal-Abad and in the surrounding regions.
Special attention is paid during the practice to the interaction between students and the practice supervisors. Methodological consultations are held, during which relevant issues faced by interns are discussed, suggestions are considered, and recommendations are provided. The practice supervisors actively accompany the students, monitor the completion of tasks, and help in the development of necessary professional skills.
Students sent to remote areas maintain constant communication with their supervisors online. Thanks to digital tools such as WhatsApp and Telegram, timely feedback and quality coordination of the educational process are ensured, regardless of the geographical location of the interns.
Conducting introductory practice not only contributes to the development of professional competencies in students but also strengthens their connection with potential employers, fosters initiative, responsibility, and adaptability to the realities of professional life.
