Final Conference on Industrial Training Held at the College of Economics and Law

In 2025, a final conference summarizing the results of industrial training was held at the College of Economics and Law for students of group SRK-2-23. The event was attended by Zholdoshalieva N.S., Head of the Career Development and Industrial Training Organization Department of B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University, Director of the College of Economics and Law A.A. Tashmatova, Head of Industrial Training and Career Development N.A. Aiylchieva, as well as training supervisors Anarbai kyzy Aitbü, E.T. Moldomirov, and N.N. Satymkulova.

During the conference, students were divided according to their training institutions and presented detailed reports on the work performed, the experience gained, and the challenges encountered during the training period. In particular, students of group SRK-2-23 completed their industrial training at the following institutions:

  • Manas City Department of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration
  • Manas City Social Fund Administration
  • Jalal-Abad City Mayor’s Office
  • Bazar-Korgon City Department of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration
  • Jalal-Abad Regional Branch of the Red Crescent Society of the Kyrgyz Republic

During the training, students developed practical skills in working with the population, document processing, mechanisms of social service delivery, citizen consultation, and implementation of social programs. They also became familiar with the activities of governmental and non-governmental institutions, the functional responsibilities of specialists, and gained valuable experience for their future professional careers.

At the end of the conference, the supervisors analyzed the students’ reports and highly evaluated the outcomes of the industrial training. The students’ activity, responsibility, and professional motivation were noted, and recommendations for further education and career development were provided.

The final conference contributed to a deeper understanding of the importance of industrial training and to the effective integration of theoretical knowledge with practical experience.
