“Academic Mobility — an Effective Tool for Improving the Quality of Education”
Within the framework of the academic mobility program, lecturers of the Economics Subject-Cycle Commission of the College of Economics and Law of the Scientific, Educational and Production Complex of Jalal-Abad State University — Aidarbekova A.Zh., Kadyrova E.E., and Kurstanbekova B.K. — paid a working visit to the Financial and Law College of Osh State University from December 10 to December 12, 2025, with the aim of exchanging professional experience.
The main purpose of the visit was to develop cooperation between the two educational institutions in the field of education, disseminate modern teaching methods, exchange pedagogical experience, and improve the quality of students’ knowledge.
During the visit, the lecturers of the College of Economics and Law delivered guest lectures and conducted practical classes for students of the Financial and Law College of Osh State University. In particular, Aidarbekova A.Zh. conducted a class for third-year students on the topic “Determining the Content of Accounting Transactions and Methods for Preparing Accounting Entries.” The session clearly demonstrated the close connection between theory and practice, and the main accounting transactions were explained in detail using practical examples.
In addition, Kadyrova E.E. conducted a practical class on the topic “Local Budget Revenues,” during which she highlighted the sources of revenue formation of local self-government bodies, their structure, and socio-economic significance. The class aroused strong interest among students and was accompanied by active discussion in a question-and-answer format.
In turn, Kurstanbekova B.K. conducted a class on the topic “Main Functions of an Enterprise in a Market Economy,” within which the role of enterprises in a market economy, their key functions, competitiveness, and management issues were examined in detail.
All classes were organized using interactive teaching methods, which encouraged active student participation in the learning process. During the classes, handout materials, practical tasks, and illustrative examples were widely used, significantly increasing the effectiveness of learning.
Such academic mobility activities contribute to strengthening friendly and professional ties between educational institutions, create favorable conditions for organizing joint projects in the future, and make a significant contribution to the professional development of lecturers, improving the quality of education, and enhancing the theoretical and practical training of students.
