Workplace-Based Training at the College of Economics and Law Is Being Successfully Implemented

The instructors of the Economics Department of the College of Economics and Law, A.Zh. Aidarbekova and Akylbek kyzy V., together with students, visited the Jalal-Abad Electric Networks Company as part of workplace-based training. The company’s accountants, Zh.K. Apatayeva and R.P. Khamraev, provided students with information about the company’s charter, reserve fund, organizational structure, and the accounting of equity resources.

Zh.K. Apatayeva noted that the company’s charter is the main document that defines the legal status of the organization, its areas of activity, and its management procedures. The charter includes the name of the company, types of activities, structure and authority of management bodies, and rules for the use of property.

During the explanation of the reserve fund, it was highlighted that this fund is created to ensure the company’s financial stability, cover unforeseen expenses, and reduce financial risks.

R.P. Khamraev emphasized that a properly established organizational structure — the interrelation of departments, employees, and management levels — significantly increases the operational efficiency of the company.

Additionally, students received practical information on accounting for equity resources, analyzing asset structure, and evaluating capital adequacy.

The workplace-based training organized at the Jalal-Abad Electric Networks Company was conducted at a high level, providing students with valuable practical experience.
