"Experience, Interaction, and Digital Coordination in the Industrial Practice of Economics Students"

Third-year students of the Finance (by sectors), Economics and Accounting (by sectors), and Taxation programs of the Economics Department (PЦК) of the College of Economics and Law at B. Osmonov Jalal-Abad State University are undergoing industrial practice in various organizations, institutions, and enterprises at the city and regional levels in accordance with the approved curriculum requirements for the 2025–2026 academic year.

The main purpose of the practice is to reinforce the theoretical knowledge students have gained and to help them develop professional skills in real workplace conditions.

Interaction during the practice

During the practice, special attention is paid to continuous interaction between students and practice supervisors. The department provides methodological support, within which:

·         current issues encountered by students during practice are discussed;

·         recommendations for improving the quality of practical tasks are given;

·         professional problem-solving methods and practical assignments are reviewed.

Practice supervisors actively assist students, monitor their task performance, and contribute to the development of essential professional competencies.

Communication with students in remote areas

Students assigned to organizations in remote districts maintain constant online communication with their supervisors. Interaction is carried out through digital tools such as WhatsApp and Telegram, ensuring:

·         prompt exchange of information;

·         timely coordination of tasks;

·         uninterrupted continuation of practice regardless of students’ geographical location.

Industrial practice is an important component of the educational process and plays a crucial role in preparing students to become qualified specialists.
