WORKBOOK FOR MODERN EDUCATION: STRUCTURE, CONTENT AND DESIGN

          In accordance with the approved methodological work plan of the Philological Institute of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov for the 2025–2026 academic year, a master class entitled “Workbook for Modern Education: Structure, Content and Design” was organized. The master class was attended by lecturers from the Departments of English Language and Literature, Kyrgyz Language and Literature, Russian Philology, Intercultural Communication and Linguistics, German Language, as well as the Interfaculty Department of Foreign Languages. The master class was conducted by English language lecturer A. A. Sopukulova. The purpose of the event was to identify the necessity of using workbooks in higher education universities, to familiarize participants with the principles of their development, and to analyze their content. During the master class, participants discussed current issues, worked in groups, developed discipline-specific workbook tasks, and defined assessment criteria.The event was attended by the Director of the Institute A. A. Asylbekova, the Head of the Academic Affairs Department A. A. Mirzakhmedova, and Leading Specialist T. A. Ergeshova, who emphasized the effectiveness of using workbooks in modern educational practice and highlighted their significant role in global educational trends.
